FASHELL — SHIPPING & ORDER POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly verify all details before completing your checkout.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation email after placing your order. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
FASHELL does not ship on Sundays or national public holidays.
HIGH-DEMAND PRODUCTS
In rare situations, high demand may result in an item becoming unavailable even after your order is confirmed. If this happens, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
All orders are subject to review by our internal team and may be cancelled at our discretion in case of verification issues or payment anomalies.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Please note: Shipping timelines may be extended during sales events, festive periods, or new product launches.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items marked as Pre-Order will be shipped upon arrival at our facility. Pre-order payments are collected at checkout. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once the courier marks a package as "Delivered" with proof of delivery, FASHELL is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All responsibility lies with the courier once the order leaves our facility.
If you face any issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
During any promotional period or sale, all sales are final. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not offer price adjustments if an item you purchased goes on discount later.
